VWF Industries is a world-class manufacturer and supplier of quality tungsten & molybdenum wire & wire products and tungsten filaments for the lighting & electronic industry and diamond dies for the wiredrawing industry. Its products have won several quality awards and are exported to numerous countries around the world.

After steering VWF Industries to success, he found his calling in “Giving Back” to society and founded Vijay Foundation

Mr. Pai is a member of a number of prestigious professional, academic and social organizations. Over the years many awards have come his way, including the Udyog Patra National Award, Outstanding Engineer and Entrepreneur Award and the National HRD Award. He is a voracious reader and has authored a monograph on “Total Wellness Management”. The late Mrs. Jayanthi R Pai was a perfect foil to her husband in all his philanthropic initiatives, and was indeed the driving force behind the social and charitable activities of Vijay Foundation.
